Our sessions run in the morning (from 8.35am to 11.35am), afternoon (12.10pm to 3.10pm) or all-day (8.35am to 3.10pm with a 35 minute lunchbreak). Children attending all-day are required to bring a healthy packed lunch.
3-year-old Paid Sessions
Parents who qualify for 15 hours of childcare can pay for additional sessions for their child, subject to availability. A 3-year old session is currently chargeable at £16.50 per session (3 hours). Additional hours are chargeable at £5.50 per hour. We do not offer part-sessions - our session times are strictly set as above. For children who qualify for 30 hours of funded childcare and attend all-day, every-day of the week - when there are no teacher training days, school holidays or bank holidays in that week - this equates to 32 hours and 55 minutes per week. This additional time is chargeable at £16.50 per week.
Fees are charged monthly, a month in advance and we will send you monthly invoices via email to confirm the amount you will need to pay for the following month of sessions.

Admissions
Children will be admitted to Even Swindon nursery the term after their 3rd birthday. Our nursery will offer a main intake in September and then, subject to availability of sessions, we offer further intakes in January and April. Parents will be notified in advance of these terms if there are no spaces available.
If parents wish to apply for a space for their child, they are welcome to visit our nursery so that they can make sure it is the best setting for their child. To arrange a visit, please contact the school office on 01793 523041 or email admin@evenswindon.bluekitetrust.org. We also hold an annual Open Evening in March to give all prospective future parents and children a chance to view the nursery, meet the staff and ask any questions they may have.
To be added to our waiting list, please complete a Nursery Interest form and email it back to admin@evenswindon.bluekitetrust.org.
